Lou Webster is the owner and founder of The Coffee Consultancy.

The Coffee Consultancy works with businesses and individuals to help them excel in their coffee serving game. From pre-launch cafe project management, to on-site bespoke coffee training, to offering detailed analysis on current operations and a strategies to move forward with, The Coffee Consultancy aims to provide dynamic support and industry knowledge to help coffee businesses grow and succeed.

Lou is passionate about supporting and working with women in her industry; women are hugely under-represented in the world of coffee and bartending. This year, she is launching an online community called 'Call the Shots Collective'. Its main agenda is to upskill and uplift those in the industry by providing training and job opportunities, networking, workshops, meet ups and events.
