International Women's Day Banbury 2020 is a not-for-profit group led by Corse Concierge Ltd. It was established for not-for-profit making purposes and does not make a profit. In the event that a profit is made for its own purposes, it will not be used to enrich others. We are therefore not required to register with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, however, we still take data protection and your privacy very seriously.
Corse Concierge Ltd is a registered data controller with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under number ZA226132.

As a newsletter subscriber, we may hold the following information about you:

A record of your consent to receive our newsletter
We will use this information to send you news about International Women's Day Banbury 2020 and its events. We will ask you annually to check and update this information. If we do not hear from you then, your details will be removed. You can unsubscribe using the link included in all email newsletters or on the contact details above.
Photography, video and feedback
We will be capturing images during IWD Banbury. If you attend, we'll assume given permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We reserve the right to use any event-related social media posts, quotes or feedback you might give in future material; We'll make sure we credit you wherever possible.
All attendees at our ticketed events can use one of our "No photography" stickers to mark their badge or wear in a visible position. Our official photographer will avoid any close shots in such cases, and we will do our very best to avoid publicly sharing photos containing anyone wearing a sticker.
Data we may transfer
We use third-party tools to organise our events including - Slack, Google GSuite, Xero, Contentful, Typeform, Trello, Toggl and MailChimp - These tools may transfer your information out of the European Economic Area.
Fringe events
Please note that any independently organised events, listed as "Fringe events", are subject to their own data processing and control measures. Please contact the event organiser or consult their privacy notice for further information about how they collect, process and retain personal data.
